Coffee has cells like Excel.

 

Just like in SQL, you

SELECT the coffee origin, variety, quantity, price that you want to get

FROM a particular roaster,

WHERE your criteria, such as origin = 'Ethiopia', quantity = 250, has to be met.

 

And you create parameters as you do in Tableau.
